Relocation Support

Venture Forward will assist in every aspect of your move or relocation, providing services from locating space to assessing site viability, from coordinating all facets of the move to overseeing internal construction and renovations. Our familiarity with the greater Boston area and close network of brokers and vendors will ensure your company lands safely in the ideal situation. We can:

  • Conduct due diligence and walk-throughs of potential spaces to clarify specifics and conditions that may impact the company — and provide key knowledge in advance of lease negotiations.

  • Surpass standard industry practices and protocols as we plan and execute your move.

  • Coordinate all vendors, service providers and installers to facilitate a seamless transition and get you up and running quickly.

  • Oversee the delivery and installation of sensitive and high-priority equipment.

  • Assist in vetting and selecting the right contractors needed to implement any desired changes or modifications required.

  • Supervise the design and buildout from initial site plan to final detail. 

  • Ensure all environmental health and safety needs are met in the transition to the facility, including the permitting and licensing process.

  • Create the full portfolio of documentation on lab systems and operational aspects required for day-to-day operations.

  • Function as interim facility/lab manager until an FM can be hired, and spearhead a smooth hand-over.
