Onsite Operations

Venture Forward will step in and manage your lab or facility for any contingency — by the day, the week, the month or longer. Our team includes highly skilled lab managers who can take the helm at a moment’s notice, or assist your existing lab managers, or oversee any aspect of equipment or personnel. We can tackle all facets of lab administration, and are comfortable with all aspects of running and managing a lab. We can: 

• Oversee the acquisition, receiving and installation of major and complex equipment.

• Provide additional people power part-time or short-term.

• Assess existing systems and equipment, and recommend and implement upgrades and improvements.

• Develop and train new talent interested in taking over the role of lab manager.

• Supervise administrative and business functions, from procurement and requisitions to managing IT service providers and office related requirements.

• Collaborate to launch a startup lab, running procurement from qualified manufacturers, establishing a purchasing program, and creating an in-depth and critical equipment and consumables plan for all phases. 

• Ensure compliance and adherence to regulations for proper operations and/or transitioning responsibilities.

• Identify and work with outsourced Safety Consultants to implement and maintain Environmental Health & Safety protocols.
